It’s first of all our home, so we use our energy and our passion to make it an increasingly welcoming place. We renewed the inn giving a new imprint, from the environments shines through the thought of our family: lovingly welcome those who come to visit, with the hope of making you spend a moment of serenity and pleasure at our table. For over 20 years we have taken care of our guests by combining the love for Carnia and its traditions with a warm family atmosphere. In 1994 the inn was founded as a meeting point of the village and then, a short time later, the restaurant develops: expression of our passion for traditional cuisine. To complete the structure five rooms that allow you to live the tradition of our country: Sutrio.
A traditional cuisine, able to revisit its dishes making them unique and refined. The cuisine is simple and genuine made of products that respect the seasonality, using natural and local raw materials with a careful selection and search for suppliers that guarantee the excellence of local products.
